Yumscoop's subscription model is very simple. By selecting subscription option, a customisation to your re-orders is made and delivers at regular intervals of your choice of snacks .

Yum Scoop offers Hot snacks (Indian spice touch), Sweets (Tasty), Healthy (Nourishing), Mix & Match (Hot, Sweet and Combined)

 

  1. From where the snacks are delivered?

 

We work with Indian food makers who are passionate and well known for their food. All our snacks are delivered from India.

 

  1. What is the Average Delivery Time?

 

Yum Scoop’s average delivery time of bundles is 3-5 Business Days, from the dispatched day. This exclude customs clearance. Also, the delivery services are off during Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays. delayed a bit due to covid-19 crises.

  1. Can I order the snacks bundles to US / UK / Other Countries?

 

Currently we are serving US only.

 

  1. What if, the items are damaged in transit?

 

We will refund or replace as per the damage occurred

 

  1. If I cancel the order, will I get the refund?

Yes, we will process the order cancellation if you cancel it within 2hrs after the payment is made. Your refund will be credited within 30 days to the source of payment made.

 

  1. What is the Acknowledgment on Order placement?

 

An order receipt will be shared to your registered email address for your items.

 

  1. Looking for some other snacks or products outside our cart and want delivered?
